Because of the popularity of this home
and its proximity to the beach, the
summer months now have a 7 night minimum, as of April 3, 2006
The midweek rate is offered only as an incentive
when there
is an opening between weekend or weekly reservations, for fill in
purposes
only.
Minimums are as follows:
Reservations made more than 90 days in advance have a 7 night
minimum.
Reservations made more than 21 days in advance have a 4 night
minimum.
Reservations made less than 21 days in advance have a 3
night minimum,
unless there is an opening or cancellation.
The only time
a 2 night reservation will be allowed will be for a time frame between
2 existing reservations,
or at the discretion of the owner.
Weekly rates are based on 7
nights, Saturday to Saturday, or Sunday to Sunday.
No split weekends on short
stays.

Rental Policy
10 Person maximum occupancy
No smoking allowed in the home
No pets allowed - unless
discussed with Cheryl first - see Reservatio Form
If evidence is found of
smoking or pets, the entire security deposit will be forfeited!!
If more than the allotted
number of guests, additional charge will be accessed for
each guest at a rate of $50
per guest!
We do have neighbors reporting
to us according to our schedule.
If you party and disturb the neighbors, be prepared to lose your deposit!!
Security Deposit:
The
security deposit will be refunded in full, unless there is damage, loss
of property or additional necessary cleanup, in which case the cost
will be deducted from the deposit. If the keys are lost,
the cost of re-keying the cabin as well as replacing multiple sets of
keys will be
deducted from the deposit.
Payment:
When the dates that you desire have been confirmed by Cheryl as
being
available, please mail your completed RESERVATION FORM and
check
made payable to Cheryl Black, P. O. Box 1105, Genoa, nv 89411.
Note that we reserve the
right to continue actively renting the cabin until a check is
received. Please do not book airfare or make other arrangements
until you get confirmation from us that we've received your check. In
the case of a reservation that is made two weeks or less before
arrival,
payment must be made by cashier's check, money order, or credit card.
Cleaning Service
A
laundry and cleaning service is included for your convenience when you
leave. The service includes:
* Vacuuming the carpets and mopping the floors
* Cleaning the bathrooms
* Laundering the towels and bed linens and remaking the beds
*
Cleaning the kitchen sink, stove, oven, counters & table
The tenant must do their own
dishes and replace them in the cupboards, and remove all their personal
possessions. The cleaning service is there to take care of
"normal wear". If there is excessive or negligent wear, (such as
stains on
the carpet or furniture, repair of furniture, drapes, blinds, etc) we
will be charged by the cleaners or repairmen and the charges will be
deducted
from the security deposit.
