Enter the living room which features a FIREPLACE APPLIANCE. On the left side of the fireplace is the existing TV which has been replaced with a 60" BIG SCREEEN TV, with DVD and expanded digital stations, including the movie channels. The size of the room is not evident from the photo since there is a full sized sofa to the right of the white wing back chair. This room is located to the left of the large entry hall. There is also a hook up for HIGH SPEED INTERNET

 

The dining room has a beautiful dining room set that welcomes all for their breakfast, lunch or dinner. Just through the door to the right is the kitchen, an easy trip from kitchen counter to the dinner table. Outside the window is a gorgeous wooded view. Better yet, open the window so that you can hear the sound of the year-round creek. It is so relaxing!! Bring on the food!!

 

The kitchen is a very functional U-shaped kitchen. It is much larger than it appears from this view. Not only does it have a stove with oven, (not visible from this vantage point) the remaining wall has a built in oven and microwave, plus refrigerator and large pantry. To the right of the bar is the dinette area with seating for four and sliding glass door which accesses the deck and backyard.

 

This view shows the dinette area which has a lovely casual oak set which is ready for a quick bite to eat, or for enjoying BOARD GAMES OR PUZZLES .  These are stored in the shelves to the right.

 

The family room/game room will be a great hit with everyone. It is not apparent how large this room is, but the room has a good large area devoted to the POOL TABLE, with an adjacent sitting area for viewing of the 27" cable TV with DVD. The TV is behind the closed oak doors and is built in. The WOOD STOVE is a great way to take the chill off any winter night. The door to the stove opens allowing space to insert the screen so that the fire is visible. Off to the right and not completely in view is the WET BAR complete with refrigerator.

 
 

This is the opposite view of the family room looking back towards the dinette and kitchen.

The downstairs bedroom has a luxurious QUEEN SIZED BED with beautiful chenille comforter. There is a door to the left of the bed that leads to the downstairs bathroom and also the family room. This room is to the right of the entry hall.

There was no way to photograph this room that would do justice to its size and how inviting it is. Whether you sleep or watch the cable TV, the KING SIZED BED is comfortable and inviting. If you could see to the right of the end of the bed, you would see the large window looking out to the backyard and the year round creek. Leave the window open at night and drift off to sleep. Also, to the side of the window is a burgandy chair and matching ottoman that is the perfect spot to read a book or newspaper. Along the wall between the bedroom and bathroom is a large closet. This suite has its own thermostat to regulate the room temperature.

The master bath is very large. This is the only area visible from the master bedroom, but to the left the the JACUZZI WHIRLPOOL TUB is a separate water closet and oversized shower. To the right is another large closet (walk in) complete with a makeup vanity for the lady to apply her makeup and comb her hair.

Enter the blue room to enjoy this large and comfortable KING SIZED BED, complete with it cable TV and beautiful views out to the front of the house. This bedroom has a walkin closet and just visible is the new ceiling fan to keep the room cool on warm summer nights.

Another view of the blue room shows the beautiful pine dresser and blue rocker chair, ready for either reading or watching the TV which is on the opposite wall.

The rose bedroom, like the blue room, has a comfortable KING SIZED BED, large closet and walnut dresser. Not visible in this photo is the window looking out to the trees in the front of the house, and the beige upholstered rocker to enjoy for a private moment of relaxing with a book.

This is just a part of the backyard looking out to the trees that are blocking the view of the YEAR ROUND CREEK. This yard is very large (The home is on almost half an acre) and continues up the hill past our property, to give it a feeling a spaciousness and privacy even though there are neighbors on each side of the house. Like the front yard, it is too late in the season to start any work, so this will have to wait until the spring.
