This home is a 4 bedroom (4 King size beds and 1
sleeper sofa), 2 bath home with about 2500 square feet. The main
floor has a
huge living room (22 X 28) with a beautiful ledgestone corner
fireplace, a
35" cable T.V. and a full size POOL TABLE.
The kitchen is a large U shaped gourmet kitchen with center island,
complete with both a double kitchen sink and a bar sink. It has
all new appliances including a glass top stove and self-cleaning oven,
microwave, and an additional two burner stove top station (close to the
dining table). It has unbelievable
counter and cabinetry space. Both the master bedroom and dining
room
have sliding glass doors which give access to the large upper
deck.
From there you can see FILTERED VIEWS OF LAKE
TAHOE
and the huge back yard. The master bedroom has a beautiful
traditional
feel of Lake Tahoe with real wood paneling in juxtaposition to the
elegant
cherry bedroom set and brass king sized bed. It has a 19" T.V.
Downstairs, there are three additional bedrooms, each with its own king
size bed and 13"
T.V. Wood paneling can be found throughout the house, yet the
bedrooms
are furnished elegantly. Each of these bedrooms also has a
sliding
glass door with access out to the large back yard, deck and the SPA! For entertainment, there is a gas
barbecue,
and on the side of the house, a basketball hoop.
This home
is
situated in the prestigious area of Skyland, which is located in Zephyr
Cove,
Nevada, about 6 miles from the casinos. Skyland has its own
private
beach for the use of its residents and their guests. It is also about a
1
mile walk through the National Park along the shore of Lake Tahoe to
the
historic Zephyr Cove Resort,
which
has horseback riding, snowmobiling, the M.S. Dixie Paddlewheeler, the
Woodwind
II catamaran, parasailing, charter sportfishing boats, boat rentals,
jet
skis, pedal boats, canoes, and kayaks - all for your
enjoyment.
